The counsel also states that a copy of the chamber summons has been served upon the respondents on 19.7.2016. The counsel for the respondents does not dispute the statement made by Mr.Mehta. No reply has been filed. Therefore, last chance of two weeks is granted to file affidavit in reply. Chamber summons be listed for hearing on 7.9.2016. In the meanwhile, all office objections to be removed and Chamber summons to be numbered.
