More peculiarly the Plaintiffs seek to change or correct the name of the 1st Defendant saying that the name given in the cause title was his nickname or one by which he was only affectionately known. His real name, though somewhat less endearing, is mentioned in prayer clause (b). 2.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute.
