Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The Writ Petition is at admission stage and is not yet heard for admission. Hence, proposed amendment deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment is granted without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in the main Writ Petition.
