Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Though Respondent nos.3 to 11 are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that his main grievance is that the Respondent authority i.e. Deputy Registrar failed to consider his representation dated 11.09.2017 (page 286 of the Writ Petition), 10.07.2018 (page 317 of the Writ Petition), and 10.09.2018 Mohite 1/2 Trusha Tushar Mohite by Trusha Tushar Mohite Date:

The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent authority after taking instructions from the Mr.Sunil Kothawale, Deputy Registrar, Coop.Societies, 'D' Ward, Mumbai who is present in court makes a statement that he will decide all the three representations of the Petitioner within four weeks from today after following due process of law.

Statement is accepted.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner may be permitted to take out appropriate application before the Deputy Registrar for interim relief against the Society and the Committee members of the said Society. Same is permitted. Same be decided on its own merits after hearing all the parties. With these directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
