Mr Cama appears for the 5th Respondent, one of the named Directors of Hubtown Ltd previously known as Akruti Nirman Ltd. 2.

Interim Application (L) No.3899 of 2022 is for impleadment by an Applicant, one Devendra Diwakar Goregaonkar. He is not present. That Interim Application is dismissed. 3.

This leaves Interim Application (L) No. 8064 of 2020. It is unclear why this is still on a lodging number after three years. By the next date, all objections are to be removed and filing defects are to be cured. This Interim Application is the principal Interim Application in the disposed of Contempt Petition. It is filed some time in 2020 and it seeks orders and directions that the High Court order dated 25th February 2020 in the Contempt Petition No. 8 of 2020 be followed inter alia by execution of Permanent Alternative Accommodation Agreements and other documentation. There are also prayers for possession of certain SRA flats. There are other reliefs in regard to transit rent.

Mr Cama seeks leave to file further Affidavits to bring on record subsequent developments.
