The learned Advocate for the Respondents states that they shall not take up the plea before the learned Arbitrator that he has no jurisdiction, but shall proceed with the Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act). The statement is accepted. The Respondents shall file their Affidavit in Reply to the Petition under Section 17 of the Act within a period of two weeks from today. The Petitioner shall file their Rejoinder within two weeks thereafter. The learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to decide the Application under Section 17 of the Act within a period of two weeks thereafter.
