Ms. Yogini Chauhan, Deputy Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- Having considered the Official Liquidator's Report, nobody appears for the ex-directors even though the Official Liquidator states that they have been duly served. No reply also is on record. Therefore, taking into consideration the contents of the Official Liquidator's Report, it is a fit case to allow prayer clauses - (a) and (b).
