The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction against the University to declare the revaluation result of the petitioner in the subject of Law of Evidence Shri. Rodrigues, the learned counsel for the respondentUniversity states that since the supplementary examination in the subject of Law of Evidence is scheduled in the next week, the

Dusane 2/2 wpl 3065.2017 University shall declare the revaluation result of the petitioner in the said subject during this week.

In view of the statement recorded hereinabove, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction against the respondentUniversity to declare the revaluation result of the petitioner in the subject of Law of Evidence as far as possible on 23rd November 2017 and if not possible on that day, positively on 24th November 2017. The photostat copy of the answer-sheets of the examination should be supplied to the petitioner within 15 days. Order accordingly. No costs.
