Ms. Yogini Chauhan, Deputy Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- Mr. Sanjay Suresh Panse, ex-director of the company (in liquidation) is present in court. Shri Panse states that they have settled the matter with the original petitioner and has also filed all the documents in relation thereto with the Official Liquidator. Shri Panse further states that he will file the statement of affairs within four weeks. In view of the statement made, the question of granting prayer clause -(a) of the Official Liquidator's Report does not arise. Gauri Gaekwad
