On the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, time to carry out amendment granted in terms of the order dated 12th December 2017 is extended by a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded.

If the amendment is not carried out within the stipulated period, the Petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court.

If the amendment is carried out, the Petition shall be listed on 16th February 2018 high upon board.

4.

Re-affirmation of the petition consequent to the amendment is dispensed with for the time being.
