Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2] This is a pre-trial amendment application. Having considered the proposed amendment, in my view, the relief as

YBG 38-chs-1794-16 sought in the chamber summons can be granted. The chamber summons is, therefore, disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended plaint be served within one week thereafter.
