P.C. :- On going through the prayers and on hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner, being a lawyer, drafted the Petition by himself and it was not drafted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Petitioner's counsel has even otherwise to continue the Public Interest Litigation in the absence of the Petitioner. 2.

On going through the contents of the Writ Petition and the prayers, we are of the opinion that the relief sought in the

PIL 22.17.doc Petition in the form in which it is asked cannot be entertained as Public Interest Litigation and even otherwise, Advocates Act and Bar Council Rules are covering the issues raised in the Petition. That apart, the law and order problems will be attended to by the police in the regular course of duties.
