The Judges Order seeks handing over of a fixed deposit receipt. The Petitioner has been granted succession certificate on this petition. The Applicant is the son of the deceased and the Petitioner. The Petitioner being a minor at the date of the grant, a fixed deposit was kept in his name. The Petitioner has now attained majority. A certificate of balance issued by Account Officer, High Court, Bombay is placed on record together with the certificate of birth of the Petitioner. The application is allowed.
