By the above Chamber Summons, the Applicants/Defendants seek the following relief :
"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to ignore / strike off the portions of the Affidavit in lieu of Examination-in-Chief dated 16th August, 2010 of MR. Anil N. Halade on behalf of the Plaintiff, as more particularly mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto or such portions thereof as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper".

The Court is informed that the Examination and Crossexamination of the witnesses in the matter is concluded. The Suit is therefore placed for Arguments on 27th July, 2015 at 3.00 p.m In view thereof, the relief sought in the Chamber Summons is not granted. However, it is clarified that all contentions of the Defendants are kept open. 3.
The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of. 4.
Time granted to the learned Commissioner to submit his Report is extended by two weeks from today.
