This petition is for voluntary winding up of the Company-BASF Industries Private Limited. The final settlement of account has been prepared by the Voluntary Liquidator-Mr. Akshay Shah of M/s Rajendra & Co., a Private Liquidator, who is present before the Court. The report finds the voluntary winding up of the Company to be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and not prejudicial to the interests of

The Official Liquidator also concurs in this report and seeks directions of this Court for dissolution of the Company with effect from the date of the submission of report dated 21 October 2016. The Official Liquidator in his report has found that all compliances have been duly made in respect of the Company (in Liqn.). In the premises, the Company-BASF Industries Private Limited (In Vol. Liqn.) is directed to be treated as dissolved with effect from 21 October 2016.

OLR No.390 of 2016 and the Company Petition are disposed of in the above terms. In view of this disposal, OLR No.20 of 2016 is also disposed of.
