The petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 or one of them to decide the petitioner's appeal under Section 8(3) of the Maharashtra Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1949. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a communication dated 19th June, 2016 of Under Secretary, Maharashtra Shasan addressed to the Medical Officer (Health), B Ward, Greater Mumbai.
