In view thereof, Ms. Sarnaik, counsel for plaintiff in both suits states that the notices of motion could be disposed. In view of the statement made by the counsel for defendant no.1 in both suits, the notices of motion stand disposed. I am also told that the pleadings are completed. Therefore, suits be listed for issues on 3rd October, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. on which date parties to come with agreed draft issues and a separate list of issues on which they are unable to agree.
