After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to move the arbitral tribunal as and when the tribunal is constituted, in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 (for short 'the Act'), praying for the same and other appropriate reliefs.

Mr.Shukla, learned Counsel for the petitioner also states that his client is in the process of filing an application under Section 11 of the Act, praying for constitution of an arbitral tribunal, which he states would be filed within one week from today.

To enable the petitioner to move before the arbitral tribunal, by an interim application for seeking such reliefs, this petition is disposed

pvr 7carbp679-21 of keeping all contentions of the parties open. 4.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the ad-interim orders dated 25 January 2022 in terms of paragraph 4(ii) shall continue to operate for a period of two months from today, only to enable the petitioner to move the arbitral tribunal.
