The petition was rejected in January, 2012 for non removal of office objections. The petition was restored on 11th November, 2014 almost after three years. Office objections on the restored petition was raised on 26th November, 2014. It is more than 1 1⁄2 years and the same has not been complied with. Mr. Sheth further states that he has not been receiving instructions from the clients. Therefore, I see no reason why the matter should be kept pending.
