Mr. Sawant states that defendants though having entered appearance have not filed any reply opposing the notice of motion. Mr. Sawant also states that the petition for leave under Clause 14 has also been allowed. Therefore, Mr. Sawant states that the order dated 1st October 2015 be confirmed as order in the notice of motion and plaintiffs be also granted prayer clause - (c) for passing off.

\ Prayer clause - (c) is also granted. The order dated 1st October 2015 is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and notice of motion disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) to (e). Mr. Sawant states that the suit has already been transferred to the list of undefended suits.
