The original Plaintiff has moved this Chamber Order for restoration of the Notice of Motion on file. The Notice of Motion was rejected by a conditional order dated 6 August 2015 under Rule 986 of the High Court, Original Side, Rules, for non-removal of office objections. The Chamber Order is allowed. The order rejecting the Notice of Motion is recalled and set aside and the Motion is restored to file. The Plaintiff shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. In the event of the Plaintiff's failure to remove office objections within two weeks, the Notice of Motion shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
