He also prays that the court fees of Rs.75,000/- paid in the testamentary petition be allowed to be adjusted towards the Petition for Letters of Administration. 3.

Testamentary petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The Office is directed to adjust the court fees of Rs.75,000/- if paid by the petitioners towards the appropriate petition for Letters of Administration with Will dated 2nd January, 2015 annexed if filed.
