For the reasons set out in the Affidavits in Support, each of the Chamber Summonses is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay in filing Caveats is condoned. Caveats and Affidavits in Support to be lodged in the Registry and served on the Advocates for the Petitioner on or before 24th June 2016, with no possibility of an extension. In default, the Caveats will not be taken on record and the Petitions will proceed accordingly.
