By consent of parties, time to make an award is extended by a period of 9 months from 7th October 2017. Parties are directed to cooperate with each other and with the learned arbitrator. Learned arbitrator shall make an endeavour to make an award within the time extended. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Learned arbitrator shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent undertakes that his client would file vakalatnama in favour of an advocate within one week from today. Undertaking is accepted. 3.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. A copy of this order shall be communicated by the petitioner to the learned arbitrator. Parties as well as the learned arbitrator to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
