The Petitioner shall within two weeks from today supply the relevant documents to the Mumbai Building Repair and Reconstruction Boards, MHADA to establish that he is the heir of the deceased tenant. Upon the Petitioner handing over the said documents, MHADA to proceed with the said documents and, if any, further documents are required, the Respondents shall accordingly inform the Petitioner to produce the said additional documents. The Petitioner then shall comply with the directions given by the Respondents. Stand over for four weeks. Upon the Respondent nos.2 and 3 being satisfied on the basis of the material which is produced 1/2

- 2 - (WPL 3047 of 2014) before them, they may consider the allotment of Gala No. 1063, CTS No.381 in Sumer Park, Mazgaon Division. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to apply, if necessary.
