The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent No. 2 and 3 holding the Petitioner to be ineligible for allotment of permanent alternative accommodation.

34.wpl3049.14.sxw Smt. Deshmukh learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states that the documents which are now produced by the Petitioner before this Court were never submitted before the authority and as such, the said documents could not be taken into consideration by the respondents.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the respondent No. 2 again alongwith the documents on which she relies. On the Petitioner's making representation to the respondent No. 2 MHADA, MHADA shall take decision regarding eligibility of the Petitioner for allotment of permanent alternative accommodation within a period of 8 weeks from making representation.
