In the present application, directions are sought to forthwith open the 1.8 kms. of the phase 1 of the SCLR extension from Hans Burga Marg between Hotel Grand Hyatt and Mc Donalds Junction near Raza Chowk in the direction from Western Express Highway to Kurla Depot.

The learned counsel for Respondent no.5 on instruction submits that the work of construction of pillar, launching of girders Mohite 1/2

29 ia3904-22.docx and Deck Slab is completed. The barricades are removed. The said road is ready for the commuters. He further submits that part of flyover from Bandra Kurla Complex to LBS Junction and Hans Burga Junction to Ahmad Raja Marg would be open by the end of February 2023. The statements are accepted.

In view of the said statements, the Interim Application is disposed of.
