2] This Chamber Summons is taken out to delete the name of defendant Nos. 1 & 8, who have expired and to implead their legal representatives.

2] The learned counsel for the plaintiff informs that by order dated 10th October, 2090, in Notice of Motion No.1690 of 2009, in Appeal No.535 1/2

22 chs 1171 of 2018 of 2009, the Appellate Court had permitted the plaintiff to carry out the necessary amendment to bring the legal heirs of the deceased defendant Nos. 1 & 8 on record, in the suit and the appeal as well, and accordingly the amendment has been carried out.

3] In view of above, this Chamber Summons stands disposed of as infructuous.
