Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.

Counsel for Applicant. Affidavit in Support reveals that due to inadvertence on the part of Ld. Counsel appearing for Applicant, office objections could not be removed. Ld. Counsel for Applicant submitted that the instant matter is uncontested, which is accepted.

Since instant matter is uncontested, contention raised by the Applicant needs to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Application and get the same numbered and regd. on or before 14-03-2018, failing Application to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
