The Chamber Summons is filed by the Plaintiff, firstly seeking condonation of delay and secondly for leave to file an Affidavit in lieu of examination in chief, Additional Affidavit of Documents and additional compilation. I find that these Affidavits of Evidence, Additional Affidavit of documents and additional compilation were expressly accepted and taken on record by Mrs. Justice R.S. Dalvi by her order dated 9th October 2012. On that day, 20th June 2016

The Chamber Summons is infructuous. It only appears that a formal order of disposal of the Chamber Summons remained to be passed on 9th October 2012.
