Both the learned Advocates state that, parties have now agreed that their application for interim reliefs filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Arbitration Act" for short) be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act to be heard by the Tribunal and the pleadings in the present petition be treated as the pleadings of that application. The petition is accordingly disposed off with a direction that the order dated 24th December, 2014 be continued till disposal of the application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act by the Arbitral Tribunal.
