The Suit is in respect of 28 Memorandum of Understandings pertaining to various properties. Four of these properties are outside Mumbai, in Thane, Pune, Nagpur and Navi Mumbai. The Defendants are in Vashi. It is on this basis that leave is sought. I am satisfied that with leave granted, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit. Leave granted. 2.

The Petition is made absolute.
