The petitioner is restricting its claim in the petition seeking a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to take away its belongings which are lying in the premises.

Ms, Kantharia, Government Pleader states that since the petitioner has not vacated the premises despite expiry of the tender period and despite issuance of notice to vacate, respondents have no other option but to seal the premises but if petitioner is desirous to take away its belonging from the said premises, they have no objection if the authorities grant such permission to the petitioner.

Petition stands disposed in the above terms.
