The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that the Respondents have paid an amount of Rs. 2.5 Crores as per their undertaking recorded in the order dated 1 st April, 2014. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 have admittedly purged the Contempt. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed off. ii.
