Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition on the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents on instructions that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not travel abroad without seeking permission of the DRT. Accepting the statement as undertaking, we dispose of the writ petition as withdrawn. 2.
Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are at liberty to apply to Gangapur Police Station, Nashik, for return of their passport which shall accordingly be returned.
