Mr.Naphade, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file such appropriate proceedings as and when necessary. This more particularly in view of the stand taken by Mr.Prasad Pathare, Counsel appearing for the purchasers Advocate Rajesh D. Bindra and Mrs.Alaknanda Bindra that his clients are not interested to proceed on the Memorandum of Understanding. Accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the petitioners are expressly kept open. 2.

Disposed of. No costs.

It is clarified that the order dated 18 December 2019 was passed in the context of the MOU dated 30 September 2019 entered between the petitioners and the purchasers Advocate Rajesh D. Bindra and Mrs.Alaknanda R. Bindra and the prayer so made. 4.

In view of disposal of the petition, judges order would not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
