Mr. Harshal Shah, AGP for defendant no.9-State. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 20th October, 2015 P.C.:- The counsel for plaintiffs states that pursuant to order dated 14.10.2009, all parties were directed to maintain status-quo until further orders. The counsel for plaintiffs submits that same order to continue as it has been in force for over six years. The counsel for defendant nos.5 to 7 states that he leaves to the Court to pass appropriate order.

Ad-interim order directing parties to maintain status-quo was passed on 14.10.2009. It is more than six years now and therefore, in my view, no prejudice will be caused if the status-quo order is continued until disposal of the suit. Notice of motion,

accordingly, stands disposed of. All parties to maintain status-quo as on date of 14.10.2009 until disposal of the suit. The counsel for plaintiffs states that an application for transposing plaintiff nos.1(a), 3,4 and 5 as defendant nos.10 to 13 had been filed before the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, who has by an order dated 8.1.2015 observed that he cannot pass the said chamber order without consent of plaintiff nos.1(a), 3, 4 and 5.

4 Mr. Jain learned counsel for plaintiff nos.2 and 6 states that he will serve a copy of the chamber order once again upon the plaintiff no.1(a), 3,4 and 5 and move this Court on the next date. S.O. 16.11.2015.
