Mr. Jain states that in view of the order passed on 14th December 2021, his instructions are to withdraw the petition. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Jain, however, makes one more request that respondent should be directed to correct the demand on the portal otherwise petitioner will continue to get demands in future and even any future refund orders will also not materialise.

In the circumstances, respondents are directed to correct the portal to reflect the position as contained in the order dated 10th December 2021 passed under Section 154 of the Income Tax Act, Gauri Gaekwad
