---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 22.11.2017 P.C.:- Court Receiver states that after the last hearing which was on 15.11.2017 when the Court Receiver orally mentioned that there was an offer for shop no.G-01, Ground floor, Rohit Apartment, Plot No.23, Kh No.72/3, Mouza Ajni Street No.18, Vishram Nagar, Nagpur, it came to light when the valuation report was examined, that flat was illegally constructed. It was therefore, told to the Court Receiver that he must allow the person who has made the offer to inspect the valuation report and take a decision whether he wants to still make the offer.
Mr.Shetty-Court Receiver states that offerer has taken inspection of the valuation report and has withdrawn his offer and KJ
2/2 CRR214.17-1 taken back his cheque that he had given.
Ms.Nagare for petitioner states that Court Receiver's Report be disposed with liberty to take out fresh application as and when advised. Charges of the court receiver shall be paid by petitioner within a period of 2 weeks of receiving communication from the court receiver.
