After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned letter dated 8th November 2017 (Exhibit 'H') before the appellate authority of the respondent. He, however, makes a prayer that the appellate authority be directed to decide the petitioner's application for stay as may be filed in the said appeal as expeditiously as possible. 2.

The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that if the petitioner files the stay application as may be filed with the said appeal, will be considered and decided on the same day or within 3 days.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition with aforesaid liberty.

Appeal be also decided by the appellate authority within 4 weeks from the date of filing of the same.
