The Receiver's report seeks a discharge of the Court Receiver on account of non-lodgment of the order by the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondents have already foreclosed the outstanding account and she is agreeable to have the Receiver discharged.

Accordingly, the Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).
