Ms.Joshi for the applicant states that her instructions are to apply to the Court to transfer of the decree and these proceedings to a Court in Orissa in whose jurisdiction defendants reside. Ms.Joshi states within four weeks, plaintiff shall provide the details of the Court to the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. 2.

In view of the statement made, Prothonotary & Senior Master to transfer the decree as well as record & proceedings to the Court which will be mentioned by the applicant through their Advocate on record. If the details of the Court is not furnished within four weeks, it is made clear that no extension will be granted and KJ
