The petitioner was served with a notice by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner alleging late payment of provident fund dues. In terms of the notice, the petitioner has also made a representation against such communication. The petitioner has approached at a stage where such replies are not considered and no final order is passed. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue the proceedings before the said Authority.
