After the petition was heard for some time, Mr. Agrawal sought leave of the court to withdraw the petition and requested that respondents be directed to provide copies of all the documents on which reliance is placed or will be placed by respondents during the process of assessment proceedings.

Mr. Walve states that if petitioner makes a request, the department will provide the documents applicable to petitioner and if the documents contained matters which have no live link or nexus to petitioner'

s assessment those portions may be blanked.
