Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the matter is at the evidence stage. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that she has no objection if the appropriate extension is granted in this application to enable the learned arbitrator to render an award. Statement is accepted.

By consent of parties, time to render an award is extended upto 1st January,2019. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned arbitrator in rendering the award within the time extended. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The parties are directed to convey this order to the learned arbitrator.
