After this Writ Petition was heard for some time and we expressed our disinclination to interfere in writ jurisdiction with the order of the Maharashtra Council of Homoeopathy, on instructions from the Petitioners, their Advocate seek leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Council and with a complete application annexing therewith all details, meaning thereby all original documents or certified true copies thereof.

We only record the statement while allowing the withdrawing this Writ Petition. Our recording of this statement would not mean that a fresh attempt or a re-look by the Council is permissible in law. We do not, in any manner, mandate the Council to consider any request emanating from the Petitioners all over again. If the Petitioners at all approach the Council and with the above details, it is for the Council to decide as to what steps it should take and in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
