Ld. Counsels for Applicants and Respondents remain present. Both the Counsels made statement that they have settled captioned Suit amicably and will file Consent Terms before the Court.

According to the settlement in between parties, aforesaid Chamber Order is allowed. Chamber Order is signed separately. No order as to costs.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Suit and get the same numbered and regd. on or before 05-01-2018 failing Suit to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
