Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner. 2.

By this Interim Application the Petitioner is seeking permission to carry out amendment in the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Interim Application. The amendment is sought to the schedule of assets annexed to the Testamentary Petition and for grant of Successions Certificate as amended and issued. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the only change which is proposed is to incorporate the DP ID Number 1/2

20-ia-3256-2021.doc and Client ID Number in the schedule I of the original Petition. 4.

Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the averments in the Interim Application, a case is made out for grant of relief as sought for in the Interim Application. Hence the following order:- (i) The Applicant / Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment to the Schedule of Assets to the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Interim Application. Amendment shall be carried within a period of one week from today, i.e. on or before 1st April, 2022. Re-verification is dispensed with. Re-verification is dispensed with.

(ii) Grant of Succession Certificate shall be amended accordingly in terms of the schedule annexed to the Interim Application.
