The above Suit is filed in the year 1982. The Plaint is thereafter amended by the Plaintiffs in the year 2015. Defendant Nos.4 and 5 have therefore, tendered their additional Written Statements. The same are taken on record. Defendant No.1 has also tendered its written statement stating that they are adopting the written statement filed by Defendant Nos.4 and 5. Written Statement of Defendant No.1 is also taken on record. The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. 2.
