This Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of time to the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for hearing and passing its award. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent has fairly stated that he has no objection if this Arbitration Petition is allowed.
